Observed assorted deli sandwiches, string cheese, raw in-shell eggs, and creamer in small clear front fridge upon entering store at 46-55*F. Unit observed at 46-48*F throughout. Establishment has adequate other cold holding for scope of business, and PIC agrees not to use unit for TCS foods until unit is observed at or below 41*F. PIC stated all items had been in fridge since yesterday or before. PIC discarded all product. TCS items must be held at or below 41*F to prevent growth of pathogens.
