Observed an open and empty paper towel dispenser by the only handwashing station in the bakery. The nearest roll of paper towels was several steps away on a high-up shelf. Staff stated they were having trouble with the batteries in the paper towel dispenser. A backup paper towel roll was placed within one step of the handwashing station. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed missing and damaged floor tiles in the bakery. Raw, porous concrete aggregate was holding water. Alerted staff who stated they are planning to replace the flooring throughout the store. Proper repair is required. Do not use unapproved methods. The establishment MUST cover the raw concrete with an approved surface or sealant to make the area non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. Discussed premises requirements with the manager. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
