Predefined Comment: Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Both chia puddings contain almond milk. Person in charge was no sure how long the chia puddings were stored above 41°F. Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Priority Foundation-7-202.11, Pf: Restriction-Presence and Use At time of inspection observed two cans of aerosol pesticide across from the chemical storage shelf in the kitchen. Only those poisonous or toxic materials that are required for the operation and maintenance of a food establishment, such as cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils shall be allowed in a food establishment. Person in charge removed the cans of pesticide from the establishment at time of inspection. If live pests are seen, please utilize a licensed pest control service.
