Inspector's notes
Hand washing sink at pergola bar used as service vessel for food catering permit was observed with a maximum water temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit after running the water for several minutes. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100-110F, soap, and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection is tentatively scheduled for 5/15/26.
