Coved base tiles below 3 compartment sink are falling away from the wall and in need of repair. In the far corner below the 3 compartment sink the grout on the upper portion of the tiles is breaking and has a small hole exposing the inner wall. Condensation line below 3 compartment sink area is missing cover/seal around the pipe and spaces around expose the inner wall. Cleanout cover below rear hand wash station is cracked/damaged.
