Also observed, grout to be deteriorating and exposing the inner wall beneath the 3 compartment sink on the upper portion of the tiles. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Coved base tiles below 3 compartment sink are falling away from the wall and in need of repair. In the far corner below the 3 compartment sink the grout on the upper portion of the tiles is breaking and has a small hole exposing the inner wall. Condensation line below 3 compartment sink area is missing cover/seal around the pipe and spaces around expose the inner wall. Cleanout cover below rear hand wash station is cracked/damaged.
