Re-inspection for test strips by 8/2/24.

Discussed surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not TCS food shall be cleaned: at any time when contamination may have occurred; at least every 24 hours. The person in charge stated the nozzles would be removed for cleaning at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed the handle of the ice scoop in direct contact with ice in the ice bin of the soda machine. Discussed between use storage of in use utensils to protect ice from contamination. The person in charge removed the ice scoop from the ice bin to be replaced by a clean ice scoop at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
