Establishment offers the following ingredients that could not be verified via the GRAS list or other documentation. Collagen (Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Agglomerated Powder) Metabolism Boost (Panax Ginseng Extract) Reviewed use of supplements and GRAS rule requirements with PIC. Corrective action can include, discontinuing use of these ingredients or providing documentation via the following methods: 1. GRAS Notice – will require confirmation that the product aligns with the intended use. 2. CFR that confirms the product is GRAS – will require confirmation that the product aligns with the intended use. 3. Water temperature at hand washing and three compartment sinks were between 109 degrees F and 125 degrees F. Technician was able to repair the water heater for correct hot water temperature throughout the establishment.
