At time of inspection, walk-in refrigerator measured with ambient air temperature of 49°F. TCS foods (cut lettuce, cut/dice tomato, raw beef patties, raw chicken breast, raw bacon, buttermilk, liquid eggs, hard boiled eggs, sliced deli meats, fully cooked sausage patties)measured with internal temperatures between 45°F and 47°F.
