-- In reach-in and walk-in refrigerator, observed multiple prepackaged containers of chicken Caesar salad and a case of garden salad past their "use-by" expiration dates. Did not observe preparation date on manufacturer's packaging. All RTE/TCS foods past their expiration date were voluntarily discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
