The physical facility must be cleaned as frequently as necessary in order to ensure no potential cross contamination. The PIC removed the grates to be cleaned later that night. Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection Core-6-101.11, C: Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas Observed with patch work exposed from water damage on the ceiling. The PIC indicated that the ceiling has constantly been patched, but has not been fixed. Materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces of smooth, durable, nonabsorbent and/or easily cleanable and/or not constructed of proper materials.
