Observed handwashing sink next to the ice machine blocked entirely with a large piece of wood and ladder leaning against it. Sink also had no soap or paper towels stocked. Person in charge removed the ladder and wood and placed soap and paper towels at sink at time of inspection. Maintain sink with soap and paper towels at all times. Keep sink accessible at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Establishment currently has no test strips available at time of inspection. Establishment has chlorine to utilize as sanitizer solution. Obtain chlorine food contact surface test strips prior to reinspection. These test strips should measure a quantity of 50-100ppm chlorine adequately. Obtain prior to reinspection. Reinspection to occur on or before 8/24/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
