Operator has obtained the required sanitizer test strips. Operator has obtained half-size cookie baking sheets which now fit into the 3 comp sink for proper sanitizing.

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Two spray cans of Raid insect killer stored under the 3 comp sink. Discarded the cans. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection.
