Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Establishment has sizeable sandwich menu with various proteins including turkey, chicken, and ham lunch meat , as well as banh mi. Tamales and soup are also sold. Whole produce is prepped for sandwiches. Whole chubs of lunch meat for sandwiches were observed in walk-in cooler.
