Observed a 2-3 foot section of the covings missing behind the grill. The wall where the covings were missing was deteriorating. Please have this area repaired and have the covings replaced. Observed a large hole in the wall in the back storage closet. Wall must be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Please have the wall repaired. Observed the back door air curtain not operational. The back door air curtain must be operational so that when the door is opened, the outer openings are protected per code. The air curtain must be on a switch and automatically turn on once the door is opened. There is already an air curtain there, but it must be wired and turned on. Please have the air curtain functional for the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
