Observed dishwasher handling and washing dirty dishes, then cleaned the floor, and then proceed to handle cleaned and sanitized dishes without washing hands. Discussed proper hand washing with PIC. Hands must be washed after handling dirty dishes before handling cleaned and sanitized dishes regardless if the dish washer is wearing gloves or not. Dishwasher washed hands for 20 seconds at the time of inspection before continuing to put away clean dishes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Also observed the test strips were expired and discolored. Discussed obtaining new ones from dishwasher servicing company when they come. Test units daily to ensure they are santizing properly.
