Please provide an ASSE 1022 Dual Check valve for the steam oven prior to next routine inspection. The device should be installed at the water inlet connection for non-carbonated systems, and can not be shared by other equipment that also require an ASSE 1022 ducal check valve. Must certify and provide test certificate for testable backflow devices. Also discussed providing a thermometer that can accurately read the final rinse cycle for the dish machine, so that the dish machine is maintaining a hot water sanitizer temperature of 160F or above.
