Observed mini-cakes; tiramisu, cheese cake, chocolate cheesecake, strawberry and cream cake, in display cooler with temperatures 43-47F. Ambient temperature of display cooler measured 43F. Person in charge indicated cakes placed in the unit also provided visual representation of items for sale. PIC was directed to add label to the cakes indicating that they are for display only and not for sale and marked caked to be discarded. Labels were added as display only at the time of inspection. All cakes purchased will be removed from the coolers in the back holding at 41F or below. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
