Observed two turkey pesto ciabatta sandwiches with a use by date of 2/13/26 and one ham and swiss croissant sandwich with a use by date of 2/20/26. The meat in the sandwiches was off-colored. Person in charge voluntarily discarded the sandwiches - see embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
