Inside walk fridge, observed curry chicken, fried chicken, raw chicken, Briani rice, mixed riced, cut cabbage, and sour cream holding 44*f degrees. walk-in found set too high. Food was cooled at time of inspection inside walk-in. On cookline main table unit found heavy cream, cut tomatoes, butter, sour cream, and cooked potato holding 56-62*f degrees. PIC had no indication of how long food had been in unit. Items discarded.
