At the time of inspection, the PIC was able to obtain quat sanitizer from supply store (Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Advised person in charge (PIC) that areas such as walls, floors, and ceiling which are in disrepair shall be maintained in good repair to ensure they are smooth and easily cleanable.
