Shrimp cooked less than one hour ago held at 67 degrees F and pasta cooked about an hour ago at 57 degrees on top surface of reach in cooler in cook line. Th containers of both food items are overfilled. Advised and reviewed the cooling processes using ice bath to 41 degrees F less than 10 minutes with PIC and stored them in Reach in cooler in cook line for immediate use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
