Observed an employee come from restroom and also touched cell phone then proceeded to help portion French fires. Employee was advised to wash hands. Corrected at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection.

Observed gloved cook place on one blue glove on top of glove, handle raw ground beef patty with blue gloved hand, then remove blue glove, grasping it both hands contaminating both gloves. Cook continued to complete tasks without removing gloves and washing hands. Person in charge instructed cook to remove gloves and wash hands.
