-- 2 of 3 hand sinks in the kitchen-the hand sink near 3-compartment sink and the hand sink near fry station-did not have paper towels in dispenser at the time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. The PIC had an employee place paper towels in dispensers at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Creamer in dispenser nearest drive-thru found with internal temperature of 45-47*F. PIC stated the creamer was placed in the unit at 7:00 AM and moved the creamer to the walk-in for cooling and continued cold holding. The ambient temperature thermometer of the creamer dispenser showed 58*F. The dispenser will not be used for cold holding creamer until it is repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Cold held TCS food items must be maintained at 41*F or below. ***2nd consecutive violation*** Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Burritos and pancakes found with internal temperature of 46-48*F in small reach-in cooler near prep sink. The ambient temperature of the cooler was 49-52*F. PIC stated the cooler had not been checked today and the food items were placed in it earlier today between 7AM and 8AM. PIC discarded the pancakes and burritos. Please ensure cold held TCS food items are maintained at 41*F or below. The cooler will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until it is replaced/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Alternate coolers are available to continue normal operations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
