Inspector's notes

There were no paper towels or an approved hand drying provision at the hand sink at time of inspection. An employee re-stocked the paper towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed various car engine chemicals stored on the shelving various drinks for sale. Discussed with person in charge the chemical contamination risk and PIC had employee move the chemicals at time of inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed about 6 dead cockroaches under shelving and in the back room. Also observed rummage and clutter near the back gate and up against the back of the building outside. This clutter and dead pests can attract more pest. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-202.16 - Core: Exterior Walls and Roofs, Protective Barrier Addl Notes: Observed two holes in the roof above the storage area for beer, next to the walk-in cooler. These openings increase the risk of pests. The holes need to be covered. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The floor drain in the hall is not draining. The person in charge (PIC) stated it was a known issue, and they are working on it. The drain was not flowing over at time of inspection. ***Re-inspection is scheduled for 06/05/2026. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
