No County legal action will result from this inspection.This establishment is on the Cutting Edge of food safety and was awarded an "A+" grade.Per PIC, establishment briefly lost power in the AM. PIC stated all equipment turned back on but discovered one warmer that regained power but did not turn back on to warming. PIC stated they were in the process of reheating TCS foods including tater tots and hamburgers to 165*F. Also discussed with PIC utilizing time as a control for foods that are difficult to keep warm such as pre-assembled meat and bun foods dry foods such as tots and fries.
