#8 — Hands Clean and Properly WashedPriority foundation2-301.16

Inspector's notes

No soap is available in the employee hand-wash sink in the bar and in the food service area. The manager stated that the key to the soap dispenser is lost and cannot fill up the soap dispenser. Advised manager to have a container filled with soap and place it by the hand-washing sinks. Both hand-wash sinks provided soap after the key was found. The violation was corrected at the time of inspection.
