Quat solution at 3 compartment sink observed above 500ppm. There were dishes being actively washed at time of inspection. PIC diluted the solution until it yielded proper concentration between 200-400ppm. Test strips were available and easily accessible. Chemical sanitizers may be toxic if not used in accordance to FDA food code requirement. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
