Inspector's notes

Observed two bags of milk (50*F and 55*F) in the bottom of the McCafe unit. Ambient temperature of the unit was 54.1*F using min/max thermometer. The bag that was 50*F was placed in the unit less than 4 hours prior to inspection and was placed in the walk-in to rapid cool. The other bag (55*F) was in the unit since at least yesterday and was voluntarily discarded by person in charge, see embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
