Establishment has added hot links, pre cooked chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, and cooked rice. Items are cooled in reach in refrigerator. Items are made/reheated in microwave and slow cooker and placed in a food grade food warmer with lids. Due to the menu scope and the increases in number of foods cooled/reheated a class 3 permit is required. Reviewed reheating and cooling processes with person in charge.
