Observed 8 parfait in grab and go cooler next to register at 45-47F at 11:10am. Observed Grab and go cooler ambient temperature measured at 55F. PIC reports product was placed in cooler before our arrival at 10:00am. PIC relocated product to walk in cooler for rapid cooling. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
