All drinks and food handling must be done by employees of the establishment. Had a discussion with the PIC informing them that all drinks must be filled by the employees of the restaurant. Hot water was on and atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) and hose were under constant pressure. All sprayer nozzles must be removed when done being used. Discussed solutions with manager.
