Observed walk-in ceiling refrigeration unit next to walk-in cooler door frozen over behind fan blades. Walk-in cooler maintained 41°F. Observed chlorine warewashing machines with improper sanitizer levels. Chlorine warewashing machines were not being used by establishment at time of inspection All equipment shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair chlorine ware washing units and walk-in ceiling refrigeration unit to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Repeat Violation: 2nd Consecutive.

Physical facility shall be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Discussed limiting and preventing pest attractants with PIC. Handwash sinks shall be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities shall be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge (PIC) provided soap and paper towels for handwash sink and removed items stored in handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
