PIC upon signing the signature log stated she has symptoms of sour trout and cold and started washing the dishes. Provided the handout for employees illnesses and symptoms of illnesses that needs to be excluded from handling food washing the dishes or other operation. PIC left the kitchen and sat in the dining room. Provided departments handout. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
