Observed milk in the cooler for retail sale that was stocked directly on the ground. Person in charge (PIC) will need to rearrange the shelves to add a bottom shelf for the milk. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
