Inspector's notes

Observed shell stock tags that had missing dates of when the last animal was sold. The back log of tags was missing several tags. The tags that were available were from January, February, March, April, May, June, and 1 tag from July. The person in charge stated that a plan would be implemented to properly retain shell stock tags. Discussed with the person in charge that shell stock tags should be maintained for 90 days in chronological order and the date that the last animal was sold should be documented on at least one tag from each batch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The person in charge called for service at time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge that a chemical dish machine should test between 50-100ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
