Observed a sanitizer bucket under POS systems and under the large toaster in the back kitchen with a 0 ppm concentration of quaternary ammonium. All sanitizer buckets with improper concentrations were taken back to the 3 compartment sink by the person in charge (PIC) to be refilled and tested before being set back out for use. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
