Observed milk in the beverage cooler holding 46F. The unit was holding 47.8F. PIC moved the milk to a working fridge. Also observed all TCS food products in the cooler used for preparing sandwiches holding 46-48F. The unit was at 45F, captured using inspector's min/max thermometer. PIC moved the TCS food items to a working unit. TCS foods must hold 41F or below when cold holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
