Inspector's notes
Observed 0 PPM of chlorine sanitizer dispensing from the bar dishwasher after multiple cycles. Alerted the manager, who called their third-party servicer, who arrived, and fixed the dishwasher while EHS was onsite. Discussed the importance of checking sanitizer levels daily. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
