Person in charge (PIC) provided hand drying provision and soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed multiple dead German cockroaches on floor behind water heater and one dead German cockroach in 3-compartment sink. Establishment shall be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures shall be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Prior to re-inspection, establishment shall: 1) Receive pest control service from a certified and licensed pest control specialist 2) Clean and remove all dead cockroaches from establishment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/21/26.

Observed white bean in tomato soup in multiple containers measuring around 50-58°F. Staff stated the soup had been cooked the morning prior, and they started the cooling process at 5 pm the day prior. Cooked TCS foods must be cooled from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours, and from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours for a total of 6 hours for cooling. Discussed various cooling methods and provided guidance and a cooling log. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
