Observed catering food area in a separate room in the legacy area. The doors separating the food area and the outside were doors that are currently not self closing/tight fitting. Ensure that all building doors going from the outside are self closing and tight fitting to prevent pests from contamination of food areas. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
