Observed canteen upright fridge holding ham/ cheese lunchable, boiled egg shelled, buffalo pinwheel sandwiches, regular milk, strawberry milk, chocolate milk, and string cheese at 57*f degrees. No canteen personal on sight to verify how long food had been out of temperature for. All items embargoed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below.
