Observed no consumer advisory reminder indicators (such as a star or asterisk) on printed menus with food items that are offered as raw/undercooked. Discussed the need for indicators to be placed next to each food item on the menu that is offered as raw/undercooked such as 'huevos rancheros' and any egg additions that are made to order with PIC. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Must provide approved consumer advisory at all points of sale prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 3/20/2026 to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed several sanitizer buckets throughout establishment at less than 150 ppm Quat. PIC discarded and remade sanitizer buckets at time of inspection to bring sanitizer levels to 150-400 ppm Quat. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
