Observed low temperature chemical dish machine that tested 0ppm with chlorine test strips. After several attempts at priming the machine and after several cycles the machine still tested 0ppm. The person in charge called for service at time of inspection and instructed staff to use the 3 compartment sink until the repair can be made. Discussed with the person in charge that a chemical dish machine should test between 50-100ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discussed with the person in charge that any restroom that is used by a female should have a trash receptacle with a lid for proper disposal of sanitary napkins.
