Observed lasagna in walk in cooler near door at 44*F. As per the person in charge, staff had been in the walk in cooler with door open to fill containers to replace food items at pizza prep cooler. prior to inspection. Tray with lasagna was moved towards the center of the walk in cooler. Observed cut leafy greens, cheese and cannoli filling in vertical two door refrigeration at 52- 54*F. Items were embargoed and discarded. Advised staff to check food temperatures throughout the day using a mental stem thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
