The ware wash machine was not in use at time of inspection. Chlorine bottle was switched, machine was primed, and chlorine re-test was between 50ppm and 100ppm.Cold-holding unit near stand-up freezers was holding at 42*F. Person in charge (PIC) had a hole drilled in the back of the unit, allowing cold air to escape. PIC sealed the hole at time of inspection to correct cold holding temperatures.

PIC stated they will fix the water and move the plug off the ground. Also discussed moving the cold-holding unit that is currently rubbing up against the electrical panel. Inspector is worried about risk of metal shavings contaminating food. PIC stated they can move it, so the lid opens without scraping the panel. Report email. ***Re-inspection for the consumer advisory is scheduled for 07/31/2025
