Observed an employee leave the bathroom and put their apron on and return back to work without washing hands at hand sink first. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that re-washing hands at the hand sink is necessary to reduce risk of contamination after leaving the bathroom. PIC coached employee at time of inspection. Employee removed their apron, washed their hands properly. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
