PIC said the fuses were replaced and within 10-minutes the water heater stopped providing hot water and a plumber was called. Plumber is scheduled for the following morning. PIC has 24 hours to restore and maintain hot water. Discussed water temperature requirements for eating and drinking permits with PIC. Also discussed the need to wash hands before donning gloves, making smoothies, and after using the restroom. ***Re-inspection scheduled for 01/09/25.
