observed at the grill, prep. area cookline, noted pans of diced tomatoes, tzatziki sauce, yogurt mixed with spices all in double pans inside the reach-in cooler, temperatures of the pans indicating 50-52 deg f . discussed with manager proper cold holding. manager removed tcs food. please ensure tcs food is kept at 41 deg f . also, in the middle station observed some shredded veggies in a pan placed on ice bin, near the food warmers. temperature indicating 52 deg f . manager removed. relocated tcs food pans and refilled ice trays. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
