Observed dark debris on the can opener stored on the counter in the middle of the kitchen. After discussion with the PIC it was determined the meat grinder and can opener were not used today. Food contact surfaces must be clean to the sight and touch. PIC will fully disassemble and clean before next use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
